Everything Web consists of a
network of Internet Developers and Internet Sales
Agents from across the country, each with particular
expertise and experience. Sales Agents meet with
prospective clients to determine their needs.
Project Coordinators assist the Sales Agents in
assigning various portions of the project to
available Internet Developers. The Internet
Developers complete their assigned portions and
deliver them to the Project Coordinator, who then,
upon completion of the entire projects, receive
final approval from the client.
Developers:
We often sub-contract
our work to developers who possess the necessary
skill and talent to develop quality web sites. Most
developers have a particular expertise, such as
Flash, Perl, PHP or XML. Depending on needs of our
clients, we contract portions of our projects to
those that have the required expertise.
Work is contracted
out on a case by case basis. Sub-contractors are
required to submit a bid before the project
commences detailing their fees and timelines,
including project completion. Everything Web will
pay 20% of the fees to the sub-contractor as a down
payment. The remaining fees will be paid to the
sub-contractor upon customer approval of the total
project. Sub-contractors are expected to be on-time
in their delivery of completed projects or
reductions to their fees will occur.
Sales Agents:
Sales Agents, like
the Developers, work as sub-contractors to bring in
clients, determine their needs and contracting
services with Everything Web. Sales Agents also
offer a particular expertise in the level of leads
they generate. Some Agents can sell numerous small
projects to small businesses while others sell fewer
large projects to corporations. Both of these type
of Sales Agents are effective and can generate
significant income for themselves.
Everything Web pays
Sales Agents a commission of 20% of the total sale.
All work is commission based and monthly quotas are
required. Everything Web will minimize competition
between agents by not allowing too many agents in
areas.
